ONGC Recruitment 2026: Selection Process
The selection process consists of three stages.
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Interview
- Medical Fitness
Only those candidates who succeed in all three stages will be offered an appointment. CBT scores are used to shortlist candidates for the interview at a 1:5 ratio across all categories (all candidates who clear the cut-off are shortlisted, even if this exceeds the ratio).
