DRDO CEPTAM 11 Recruitment 2025: Exam Pattern
The examinations (Tier-I & Tier-II) will be conducted in CBT Mode.
Tier-I CBT (Screening Test)
Tier-I will be a computer based test conducted for screening purposes.The performance in this stage will be used only for shortlisting candidates for the next stage.

Tier-II Examination (Test Specific to Subject)
Candidates will be selected for the Tier-II of the examination based on their performance in the Tier-I. The merit list will be prepared solely on the basis of the marks obtained in Part-II of the Tier-II of the examination.
There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in part-II of Tier-II examination.

Trade Test (For Technician-A Only)
After the Tier-II examination, a trade test will be conducted to assess the practical skills of the candidates in their respective trades. The trade test will be at the ITI level and will be of a qualifying nature.
- The minimum qualifying marks is 50% for UR/OBC/EWS candidates and 45% for ST/SC/PwBD candidates.
- Duration of the trade test will vary depending on the trade and will be mentioned in the admit card.
Final Merit
The final merit list will be prepared based on the Tier-II marks (Part-II only), provided the trade test (for Technician posts) has been qualified and document verification has been successfully completed.
